How it works

Review three-view concepts
We generate up to 3 concept sheets showing your cat from front, side, and three-quarter angles. You pick the one that looks most like your cat, then lock it.
We produce all 28 states
Our team follows the official SOP to produce idle, walk, sleep, petting, drag, fall, and 22 more states. Takes 3–5 business days.
Download & import
You receive a .desktopcat file. Drop it into DesktopCat via Settings → Import Character and your cat appears instantly.

Photo tips for best results
The better your photos, the more accurate the concept sheet. You need 3–5 photos, max 10 MB each.

Your photos are processed by AI — we use the GPT Image 2 image generation model to create concept sheets, and may use video generation models in the production process. If your photo contains people or home environments, crop them out before uploading.

Before locking a concept: Full refund available at any point. The cost of any generated concepts is absorbed by us.
After locking (production started): No automatic refund. Exceptions apply for non-delivery, duplicate charges, or legal requirements.
